Red Iron may be the best in raw damage, however it's ugly, can hardly be called a twinblade (more like an ugly chunk of iron) and pretty boring. The two best twinblades are dragonrider and red iron. Red iron is str while dragonrider is dex and int. Dragonrider has the generic twinblade moveset while red iron has a 'heavier' two handed moveset that I personally love, with a subjectively better one handed moveset.
